Western Michigan University and Bronco Athletics have completed $2 million renovation work on their stadium.
The Robert J Bobb Stadium at Hyames Field has undergone significant improvements increasing the capacity to around 1,500. This has included renovating the grandstand plus also adding better disabled facilities.
Other upgrades include the expansion of the dugouts with protective fencing and player toilets added. A new press box has been built along with creation of two new VIP suites. A new concourse featuring a ticket front, concessions, merchandizing front and toilets has been developed.
The stadium has been equipped with new signage and commemorative markings after the upgrades while new security lighting has been incorporated at top of the hill walkway.
It will be officially unveiled to fans later this week.
