Morecambe Football Club is putting the finishing touches to their new Globe Arena home ready for its official unveiling on 25th July.
The new venue will have a capacity of just over 6,800 and includes a mixture of seating and terracing.
The Shrimps commercial director, Mark Dixon, said: "We've probably got more than 200 guys on site now.
"Three weeks on Saturday is when we open the doors to the fans."
The first row of seating is being installed and the club expect the Globe Arena to be fully functional in time to host Bolton Wanderers for the first ever match there on 28 July.
He added: "All the trades are here. The joiners, the painters and decorators. The guys are here to fit the seats and the terracing is almost there.
"Any major project like this takes a bit of getting used to. The guys are very confident, there is a big gang of lads here now and we're three weeks away."
The Globe Arena includes corporate facilities, bar, club shop, gym and function rooms.
There are also facilities for a full size seven-a-side and five-a-side football which can also be used for netball and hockey.
