Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club has installed 8,000 new seats at their home stadium.
Arena Seating installed its permanent stadium BOX Seat system into the North Stand of the Premier League club’s Molineux Stadium. The BOX Seat system allows rapid installation, which meant that the first phase of the project was completed on schedule, in time for Wolves’ game against Tottenham Hotspur on 10 September.
The second phase will see new padded seating in the venue to offer more comfort to corporate members. The slim and compact seats have rapid sleeve interchange-ability for maintenance and sponsorship branding.
"The BOX Seat’s modular installation system gives the club greater flexibility, as well as making it extremely easy and quick to fix, maintain and operate," said Dave Withey, Arena Group sales director. "With a range of high tech seating models to suit differing client needs, we have worked closely with Wolves to design a bespoke solution to fit the precise requirements of this famous sporting stadium."
The final colour scheme of the North Stand project works in combination with the famous gold and black colours.
