MOROCCO TO HOST FRANCE’S CHAMPIONS TROPHY

Morocco will host France's Champions Trophy on 27 July.

The match between the French Cup winners and the league champions will be played at Le Grande Stade de Tangiers. The brand new stadium has a capacity of 45,000 and is set to open on 27 April.

It will not be the first time the trophy has been hosted in Africa. In 2010, Marseille defeated Paris Saint-Germain at a penalty shootout at the Stade 7 November in Tunisia.
