FC United of Manchester are on course to unveil their new Broadhurst Park home this December.
The venue, based in Moston, will finally see the club have a stadium of its own following many years of ground sharing with the likes of Bury at Gigg Lane.
The £5.5million, 4,400-seater facility will open for home matches in just over a month, and will bring to an end uncertainty over the clubs playing future.
Michael Holdsworth, community administrator at FC United of Manchester said: "It will be amazing to finally have our own ground. Not just for the first team, but somewhere where the reserves can play, and the women's team can play.
"There's a lot of interest in the community and some people are buying season tickets for the first time."
