Fleetwood Town's plans for a new £6m training complex have been approved.
The Lancashire club were granted permission by Wyre Council planners on Wednesday and work can now begin.
The complex, which will be based at Poolfoot Farm, will take a year to complete and will feature a 3G pitch as well as other pitches, which will be for community use.
It is thought the facility will create 25 jobs.
"This development will further put Fleetwood, Thornton and Wyre Borough on the map," chief executive Steve Curwood told the club website.
