GLOUCESTER CITY SUMIT STADIUM PLANS

Conference North club Gloucester City have submitted their plans for a new stadium.

The Tigers have been homeless since 2007, when Meadow Park - their previous ground - was damaged by flood water.

They have groundshared with local clubs ever since, and currently play at Cheltenham Town's Whaddon Road.

The club now hope to move back to the site of their previous home with plans for a 4,000 capacity stadium submitted to Gloucester City Council.
