LONDON WELSH TO STAY AT KASSAM STADIUM

London Welsh Rugby Club are to continue playing their home games at the Kassam Stadium in Oxford, despite their relegation from the Rugby Premiership.

The club were forced to play their games away from their traditional Old Deer Park home in Richmond following their promotion to the Premiership, with league rules stating a team must play in a ground with a capacity of over 10,000.

The Kassam is also the home of League 2 football side Oxford United, with the U's having played at the stadium since 2001.
