Leyton Orient have suffered another knock back in their bid for a share of London's Olympic Stadium.
The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) awarded sole residency of the stadium to Premier League outfit West Ham earlier this year but Orient attempted to get the approval from the High Court for a judicial review.
After legal representatives from both parties put forward arguments, the judge refused to allow the League 1 club to pursue a review.
The club have said: "Our real concern is the lack of transparency that has been shown throughout the process by a public body.
"It is deeply disappointing that both the Court and the LLDC have made decisions based only on financial considerations, when the purpose of the stadium's legacy was regeneration of the area with a community focus."
